Acquired as a majority position in 2021, Stratomesh serves several hundred infrastructure teams with revenue in a solid mid-band and growth tied to the increasing complexity of customer cloud estates. Retention is strong among teams that adopt it as their connectivity standard, where it becomes deeply embedded in network operations.

Stratomesh consumes HR, Accounting, IT, and Legal under the Plus management-fee tier, with its back office integrated into AmTech HQ shared services. It operates alongside Bastion Cloud in the cloud-infrastructure group, with Bastion's managed operations and Stratomesh's connectivity layer complementing each other across the portfolio.

Forward focus is on deepening multi-cloud policy management and consolidating connectivity standards with its sister cloud company.
