How we work

Decentralized operating, centralized support.

Each company is run by the people closest to it. We set corporate-wide standards and a shared operating backbone, then expect the operating team to own the rest. Reporting is honest and frequent; the relationship between an operator and the parent is one of trust and accountability, not oversight for its own sake.

New operators are onboarded onto the shared-services organization from day one, so the time spent standing up back-office functions is time you can spend on the business instead. The companies that do best are the ones that take full advantage of the support around them.
