The platform routes, records, and manages voice interactions and integrates with the systems agents use to resolve customer issues. Its customers are support and service operations leaders who need reliable voice infrastructure without standing up a legacy contact-center stack.

Acquired as a majority position in 2022, Tonecast serves several hundred service organizations with revenue in an early-to-mid band and growth tracking customer interaction volume. Retention is strong among teams that run their core voice operations on the platform, where switching costs are meaningful.

Tonecast consumes HR, Accounting, IT, and Legal under the Plus management-fee tier, with its back office integrated into AmTech HQ shared services. It operates alongside Relaywell Communications in the communications group, drawing on Relaywell's underlying voice infrastructure where the two products meet.

Forward focus is on deepening service-workflow integrations and consolidating voice infrastructure with its sister communications company.
