Bastion Cloud provides managed cloud infrastructure and platform operations for organizations running production workloads. The company designs, operates, and supports cloud environments on behalf of customers who would rather not staff deep platform-engineering teams themselves. Its customers range from mid-market companies to large enterprises with demanding uptime and security requirements.

One of the portfolio's earliest and largest acquisitions, dating to 2015, Bastion operates at significant scale with several thousand managed workloads and revenue in a strong band. Managed-services relationships are contracted and long-lived, producing durable revenue and retention in a favorable range. The company holds anchor positions inside large enterprise accounts where it operates mission-critical infrastructure.

Bastion consumes the full shared-services slate under the Full management-fee tier and was among the foundational holdings around which AmTech HQ's shared-services model was built. Internally, it provides the cloud and infrastructure backbone that many sister companies run on, consolidating hosting and platform operations across the portfolio.

Forward focus is on migrating additional portfolio workloads onto shared infrastructure and standardizing operations to reduce duplicated cost.
