Forgewright builds build, test, and release-automation tooling for engineering teams that ship software continuously. The product orchestrates pipelines, manages release gates, and gives teams visibility into the path from commit to production. Its users are platform and developer-productivity teams responsible for keeping delivery fast and reliable.

Incubated internally and founded in 2018, Forgewright has grown to serve over a thousand engineering teams with revenue in an early-to-mid band. As an internally built company, much of its early adoption came from the portfolio's own engineering organizations, which gave it a proving ground and reference base before broader market expansion. Retention among teams that adopt it as their pipeline standard is strong.

Forgewright consumes HR, Accounting, IT, and Legal under the Plus management-fee tier and was built inside the AmTech HQ operating model from the start. It serves as the delivery-tooling standard across many sister companies, reducing duplicated CI/CD investment portfolio-wide.

Forward focus is on broadening release-governance features and serving as shared delivery infrastructure for the portfolio's engineering teams.
