Ledgerline provides ledger, reconciliation, and money-movement infrastructure for companies that handle funds on behalf of others. Its customers are platforms, marketplaces, and financial-operations teams that need an accurate, auditable system of record for balances, transfers, and settlements. The product handles the accounting primitives these businesses would otherwise have to build and maintain themselves.

Acquired in 2019 and wholly owned, Ledgerline serves several hundred platforms with revenue in a healthy mid-band and retention in a strong range, reflecting how deeply ledger infrastructure embeds once adopted. Transaction volume growth within existing accounts drives most expansion, producing a revenue base that scales with customer success.

Ledgerline's back office was integrated into AmTech HQ shared services, and it consumes the full slate under the Full management-fee tier. Its infrastructure underpins money-movement needs elsewhere in the portfolio, and it operates in close coordination with the identity and compliance holdings that handle verification on adjacent flows.

Forward focus is on extending settlement coverage and aligning reconciliation standards with sister fintech and commerce companies.
