Cartwright Commerce

Order management and fulfillment infrastructure for multi-channel retailers.

Wholly owned Acquired 2020 Austin, TX

Cartwright Commerce provides order-management and fulfillment infrastructure for retailers and brands selling across multiple channels. The platform unifies orders, inventory, and fulfillment logic across storefronts, marketplaces, and physical locations, giving merchants a single operational view. Its customers are e-commerce and operations teams managing complex, multi-channel sales.

Acquired in 2020 and wholly owned, Cartwright serves over a thousand retailers with revenue in a healthy band that scales with order volume. Retention is strong because order-management systems are operationally critical and costly to replace, and expansion follows growth in customer sales and channel complexity.

Cartwright consumes the full shared-services slate under the Full management-fee tier, with its back office absorbed into AmTech HQ shared services. It anchors the e-commerce-infrastructure group and connects to the portfolio's fintech holdings for payments and reconciliation and to its supply-chain companies for fulfillment.

Forward focus is on deepening fulfillment-network integrations and connecting order data to sister payments and logistics infrastructure.
