The platform aggregates signals across endpoints, networks, and cloud workloads, surfaces prioritized threats, and supports investigation and response workflows. Its customers are security teams at mid-market and enterprise organizations that need consolidated detection without standing up a large in-house tooling effort.

One of the portfolio's earliest acquisitions, Ironvale operates at meaningful scale with an installed base in the thousands of accounts and revenue retention in a strong band typical of embedded security platforms. Contracted, multi-year relationships dominate, and expansion comes from broadening coverage across customer environments. The company holds durable positions in several regulated verticals.

Acquired in 2016, Ironvale was among the first holdings integrated into AmTech HQ shared services and now consumes the full slate under the Full management-fee tier. Its security expertise also informs the portfolio's internal security standards, and sister companies route compliance-sensitive workloads through patterns Ironvale helped establish.

Forward focus is on consolidating detection coverage with the portfolio's cloud and identity holdings and extending response automation.
