Conveyor Logic provides warehouse-management and supply-chain-execution software for industrial and distribution operations. The platform directs receiving, putaway, picking, and shipping across warehouses, optimizing labor and throughput. Its customers are operations leaders at distributors, manufacturers, and third-party logistics providers running high-volume facilities.

Acquired in 2018 and wholly owned, Conveyor operates at meaningful scale with over fifteen hundred facilities and revenue in a strong band. Warehouse-execution systems are operationally critical and deeply embedded, producing durable, contracted relationships and retention in a favorable range. Expansion follows customer facility growth and throughput.

Conveyor consumes the full shared-services slate under the Full management-fee tier, with its back office absorbed into AmTech HQ shared services. As one of the larger holdings, it anchors the industrial-and-supply-chain group and connects to the portfolio's e-commerce and transportation companies across the fulfillment chain.

Forward focus is on extending execution capabilities and connecting facility operations to sister logistics and commerce infrastructure.
