Cohort Clinical provides eClinical technology for pharmaceutical sponsors and the sites running their trials, spanning electronic data capture, patient recruitment, and trial-site management. The platform collects and manages trial data, coordinates recruitment, and gives sponsors visibility into site performance across multi-site studies. Its customers are clinical-operations teams at large pharmaceutical sponsors and the contract research organizations and sites that execute their trials.

Acquired in 2021 and wholly owned, Cohort serves several hundred sponsors and sites with revenue in a healthy band tied to active trial volume. Clinical-trial systems are validated, regulated, and difficult to switch mid-study, producing durable, contracted relationships and retention in a favorable range. The company holds positions across a number of large-pharma trial programs.

Cohort consumes the full shared-services slate under the Full management-fee tier, with its back office absorbed into AmTech HQ shared services. It anchors the health-and-life-sciences group and works closely with the portfolio's regulatory and compliance holdings, where trial data and submission workflows naturally connect.

Forward focus is on extending data-capture coverage across trial phases and aligning regulated data handling with sister health and compliance companies.
